Portable AI persona No. 001

The meeting is tomorrow.
The deck still doesn’t exist.

The Presentation Architect PRO is a specialist you paste into any AI — ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini — and it runs you from blank page to finished deck: the single message, the right skeleton, headlines that tell the story, what to say on each slide, and the hard questions coming your way.

Get the Architect — $19 Founding tier. It goes to $29 next and stays there.

You already asked an AI for a deck.
It gave you slides that decide nothing.

Fifteen slides titled “Introduction”, “Context”, “Analysis” and “Conclusion”. Too many bullets, too little decision. And when a figure was missing, the AI made one up — the kind that destroys your credibility the moment an executive asks for the source.

That is not the tool’s fault. A generic AI does not know what a steering committee expects, does not know how to cut, and does not track the difference between what you told it and what it assumed. The Architect does — because those rules are written into it.

What a portable persona is

It is a text file. You paste it into a new chat, say “Hi, Architect”, and that AI starts working like a consultant: the protocol, the quality bar and the honesty rules live in the file — not in the platform. No new app, no login, no subscription.

STEP 1

The single message

Before any slide: the sentence the room must remember a week later. Anything that does not support it gets cut.

STEP 2

The right skeleton

Investment decision, status report, sales proposal or narrative — each has its own structure, approved before anything gets detailed.

STEP 3

Sentence headlines

Read only the headlines and you get the whole story. Dead labels like “Context” are banned. One idea per slide, four bullets or one visual.

STEP 3½

Speaker notes

What you actually say on each slide, in natural language, with the bridge to the next. Deck and delivery are built together.

STEP 4

The objection slide

The three hardest questions that specific room will ask — and an appendix slide ready with each answer.

STEP 5

Stress test

Before delivery the Architect audits its own deck: cuts 30%, kills any slide that only looked nice, and rewrites the opening if it does not hold attention.

Two extra modes for the tight days

ONEPAGER MODE

Executive status on one page

Decision requested at the top, facts as before/after/gain, actions with owner and deadline, risks in a table, recommendation in one sentence. On platforms that generate files, it even comes out as an editable .pptx — no pasted images.

REHEARSAL MODE

The AI becomes your audience

The CFO asks about payback. The operations lead asks about risk. The buyer asks about price. One question at a time, with fair and severe feedback on your answer — before the real meeting.

The honesty policy (the reason it exists)

The Architect separates what it knows (you told it), what it assumes (it flags this) and what is missing — which becomes [TBD] in the material instead of becoming an invented number. In a room with executives, that is worth more than any pretty template.

What you get

What the Architect does not do: it does not know your business. The numbers, the context and the decision stay yours — it organizes, structures and hardens the material with method. If the substance is not there, no honest AI can fix that. The dishonest ones invent it.

Straight questions, straight answers

Does it work on the free ChatGPT plan?
Yes — and on free Claude and Gemini too. Reasoning models give better results, but the persona was built to work on the free tiers.
Do I need to know prompt engineering?
No. You paste the file, say “Hi, Architect”, and answer at most three framing questions. The method lives in the file, not in you.
What kind of material is it for?
Decision decks, status reports, sales proposals, training sessions — and onepager mode covers the single-page status your leadership wants by today.
Is this just a prompt I could write myself?
It is a text file, and that is exactly what makes it portable. The difference is what is inside: a five-step protocol, structures per material type, an honesty policy and a quality test — calibrated and tested. You are paying for the mistakes you will not have to make first.
What if it is not for me?
Straight answer: what holds this product up is not a refund policy, it is whether it works on the first deck you build with it. Refunds follow the marketplace standard terms.
Will there be other personas?
The Architect is No. 001 in the library. The next ones are in production — founding-tier buyers hear about them first.
